Refund Policy
Returns for Faulty Items
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a refund or exchange within 15 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Returns for Change of Mind
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 15 days of purchase. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, provided the item and box are in good condition.

For faulty items, we will cover the shipping costs.
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
